Data request

Use this form to exercise any of your rights under UK GDPR — request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we're using it.

We'll acknowledge your request within a few working days and respond in full within one calendar month, as required by UK GDPR Article 12(3). Complex requests may take up to two extra months, in which case we'll tell you why.

We may need to verify your identity before releasing data — usually a reply from the email address we already hold for you is enough.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (we'd prefer you told us first — most things we can fix quickly).
